• Booking form: when you tap “Send request on WhatsApp”, WhatsApp opens with a message containing what you entered: your name, preferred day, and the reason for the visit and notes if you added them. The message is only sent when you tap send inside WhatsApp.
• Contact form: opens the email app on your device with a prepared message, which is only sent once you confirm.
• Calls and messages: when you call or message us, we receive your phone number or email address and the content of your message.
• Technical information: when you browse the website, the hosting servers and third-party services may record general technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and device.

2. Health information

The reason for your visit and your notes are sensitive health information. Please write only what is needed to arrange your appointment; you can discuss the details with Dr. Mahmoud El Samkary during your visit.

3. How we use information

• To arrange and confirm your appointment and answer your questions.

Case photos (before and after) are published with the written consent of the patient, or of a parent or guardian for children. If you appear in a photo on the website and would like it removed, contact us and we will remove it.

When booking an appointment for a child, a parent or guardian should fill in the form and contact us.

We keep messages and information for as long as needed to arrange appointments and follow-up, or as required by law, and we take reasonable measures to protect them. However, no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
